Staying indoors, not seeing friends and not being able to go to school can make you feel lonely. In these bizarre times it is important to be positive and focus on what you CAN do. With the help of Lifebook for Youth’s “My Quarantine book” you can describe what you are doing during the day, describe your favourite things to do and you can let your creativity run wild. “My Quarantine book” is a fun activity to help you view the quarantine from a different, more positive perspective. Also once the quarantine is over you can read your “My Quarantine book” and think about your experience and what changed for you.
